Hope for the Optimist!

The "Deliberate Optimist" article by E. M. Rogers and D. Blonski in the June 2010 issue left me smiling and hopeful with a desire to say: "Bingo!" My work as an Instructor of Psychology and Employability are thoroughly validated every time I read work that supports human motivation and positive use of human Psychology. Beneath the labels "employee" and "leader" there is a person carrying a world on their shoulders; without positive leadership the workplace can be a very “crowded” place. Thank you for this and all the other excellent articles in Talent Management TM. My students get to read and discuss these articles too. Keep them coming; I will keep reading them, on paper, on line; no problem.
