· Pessimism Persists: Some BIB members remain pessimistic about 2010 and believe that Learning and Development budgets will continue to experience significant constraints
· What to do with Social Networking: According to survey data, social networking should receive more attention in 2010. Interestingly, respondents also reported that social networking is over-hyped and should be given less attention and the potential benefits are unclear.
